Very difficult to find skirts for me and my waist is 18" , a little loose but it's very comfortable and modest. Usually my family never gets me clothes sized up but I really needed it so we took a risk knowing that it can be easily brought in and I am glad that we did!
Wanted to love this skirt but two sizes didn't fit either daughter right- much straighter than in photo, maybe would be better after washing?
