Q: If I receive my order and an item is missing or damaged, what should I do?

A: We apologize for that! If an item from your order is missing or damaged, please send us an email to info@kidichicusa.com and we will get back to you shortly on how we will fix the issue. 

 

Q: Can I return or exchange items I bought online to one of the Kidichic stores?

A: unfortunately, we do not allow online orders to be returned or exchanged to our stores. Sorry for any inconvenience. 

 

Q: Can I get a refund on items I purchased on sale?

A: Items purchased on a sale of 20% or more are non-refundable. However, we will happily exchange your item(s) if you pay for the shipping costs.

 

Q: What is your online return policy?

Q: I chose the two business days shipping option, but my order did not arrive within two business days, why is that so?

A: Please allow us 1-3 business days to process your order. In the height of the season and during a major sale, please allow us 7-10 days to process your order. We appreciate your patience

 

Q: What is your in-store return policy?

A: You can return same day for money back or within 3 days for exchange or store credit (on full price merchandise). 

 

Q: The size I need is sold out, will you restock?

A: we try our best to restock our popular items as fast as possible. However, we are not able to restock everything :(

Please sign up for our "Email me when it's back" and you will automatically receive an email notification if we are able to restock that specific size or item. You can also visit or call one of our stores to see if they have the item in stock.

 

Q: Do you sell gift cards?

A: Yes! Purchase an e-gift card today! Visit our GIFT CARD page for more details! Online and in store gift cards are separate. 

 

Q: How do I find out more about your sizing?

A: We know how important it is for a garment to fit properly, so on every product page there should be a description of how the item fits. If you have any other specific questions, please call our customer service, or email us :)

Q: Can I use my in store credit online?

 A: Unfortunately in store credits can only be used in store and online credits can only be used online.
