If I receive my order and an item is missing or damaged, what should I do?

We apologize for that! If an item from your order is missing or damaged, please send us an email at info@kidichicusa.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I return or exchange items bought online in one of the stores?

Unfortunately, we do not allow online orders to be returned or exchanged in the stores.

Can I get a refund on items I purchased on sale?

Items purchased on sale of 20% or more are non-refundable. However, we will happily exchange your item(s) if you pay for the additional shipping costs.

What is your online return policy?

I chose the two business days shipping option, but my order did not arrive within two business days, why is that so?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

What is your in-store return policy?

Items purchased at full price may be returned within the same day for a full refund. Otherwise, you have 3 business days for exchanges/store credits.

The size I need is sold out, will you restock?

We try our best to restock our popular items as fast as possible. However, we are not able to restock everything. :(

Can I use my in store credit online?

Unfortunately in store credits can only be used in store and online credits can only be used online.
