Due to the increased costs associated with shipping and credit card processing, we reserve the right to apply a 10% restocking fee on large orders prior to shipping. In such circumstances, customers are informed and have the discretion to cancel their order.
For U.S. orders that qualified for free shipping, if 50% or more of the order is returned, the cost of the original shipping label will be deducted from the refund.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Please note that we do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays. During periods of high demand, there may be slight delays in shipment, and we appreciate your patience during these times. If a significant delay occurs, we will keep you informed via email or telephone.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES
Kidichic provides shipping services to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you a shipment confirmation email which includes your tracking number. This tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Please be advised that Kidichic is not responsible for any customs or tax charges that may be applied to your order. Any fees incurred during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DAMAGES
Unfortunately, Kidichic cannot be held accountable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.
