REFUND POLICY

Our policy has been updated as of 09/01/25:

Due to the increased costs associated with shipping and credit card processing, we reserve the right to apply a 10% restocking fee on large orders prior to shipping. In such circumstances, customers are informed and have the discretion to cancel their order.

For U.S. orders that qualified for free shipping, if 50% or more of the order is returned, the cost of the original shipping label will be deducted from the refund.

SALE ITEMS AND PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS

Please note that any items purchased with a discount of 20% or more are not eligible for a refund. However, we are more than willing to facilitate an exchange for these items, provided that the associated shipping costs are covered by the customer.

 

Please be aware that returns or exchanges for online purchases must be processed through our online platform. Our physical stores are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items bought online.

SHOES:

Shoes are considered returnable if they have the strings and tags and paper inserts still attached, and have no signs of wear or tear. Any shoes received back without the proper tags and strings or paper inserts attached will not be eligible for any kind of refund or credit. Shoes must come in the same packaging they are being shipped out in.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason our products do not meet your expectations, we welcome returns or exchanges. Please initiate this process within 5 days of your order's delivery date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be sent back within 5 days of the delivery date.

Please note that customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. Additionally, if your order initially included free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount upon return.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For international customers wishing to return an item, please ensure we receive your return within 7 business days from the delivery date.

Any shipping costs paid are not subject to a refund.

All returns require prior authorization and must be processed through our automated returns portal (https://kidichicusa.com/returns). Here, you can also request a prepaid return label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund.

To qualify for a return, items must be unopened, unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging (if applicable), essentially in the condition they were received.

Upon receipt of your return label, please ship the item within 3 business days to avoid rejection.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email about the receipt of your item and the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 1-5 business days.

Please note that return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case it qualifies for a free return.

 

EXCHANGES

Customers can choose between exchanging their product or receiving store credit, accessible via our returns portal.

Please note that shipping costs for exchange orders are non-refundable, except in instances where the item is damaged or incorrect.

A prepaid return label will be provided to you at no additional cost.

The delivery timeframe for your exchanged product may vary based on your location.

To clarify, we do not directly ship replacement items. In cases where an exchange is needed due to a damaged or incorrect item, we ask that you place a new order. We will then refund the associated shipping costs. Please email us your new order number at info@kidichicusa.com to ensure you receive your shipping refund.
