How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Log In to Your Account
    My Account

  2. Select Your Order
    Click on the order number for the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.

  3. Request a Return or Exchange
    Click the “Request Return” button and follow the prompts to submit your request.

  4. Wait for Approval
    Once submitted, your request will be reviewed. You’ll receive an email notification once your return or exchange is approved or denied.

 

Important Notes

  • Eligibility: Returns and exchanges must be requested within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all tags and packaging.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased with a discount of 20% or more are not eligible for refunds but can be exchanged (shipping costs apply).

  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to large orders before shipping.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Free shipping costs will be deducted from refunds.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges are available for most items. Shipping costs for exchanges are non-refundable.

  • International Returns: Must be received within 7 business days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
